Outstanding customer service and satisfaction are extremely important at Haute Tramp. We strive to make every encounter with us a fun and pleasurable experience.

Ordering

Call us immediately at (484) 321-6920 and/or email us at orders@hautetramp.com. We will do our best to serve you.

Orders will go out within 1 to 2 business days after purchasing your item(s).

After placing your order, a Haute Tramp order confirmation will be sent to you by email.

Haute Tramp accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also accept PayPal.

Sales tax will only be added to orders shipped to an address in Pennsylvania.

Returns

After receiving your return, Haute Tramp will process your refund within 10 days. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

No, all returns are processed absolutely free.

We will gladly accept your return within 5 days of your order’s arrival as long as the item is not damaged, not worn and has the security tags intact.

Please email us at returns@hautetramp.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RNA) and instructions on how to mail it back. A return authorization is included.

We strongly advise you to check your purchase thoroughly upon receipt before removing attached tags and before disposing of original packaging.

Almost all of Haute Tramp’s jewelry is one of a kind. If it is with a customer it means other customers cannot consider buying it. We are trying to strike a balance between meeting a customer’s purchase and the availability of a unique piece of jewelry for other customers to consider. We expect that you will make a decision within a day or two, and are confident that you can decide in five days. Please do not remove the tag.

Shipping

We fully insure each order all the way to you, which means your shipment is risk-free in transit.

We offer international shipping to over 130 countries. Please email us at orders@hautetramp.com for the cost.

Regular Shipping

First Class USPS shipping on both the order and return is fully complimentary within the U.S. Free tracking is included.

Priority and Expedited Shipping

  • Priority Mail Cost $20
  • Express (overnight) $40

Shipping method can be selected before submitting an order.

Orders placed after 1pm EST will not ship until the next business day.

We ship on business days. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Customer Service

Our Customer Service Department is open Monday through Friday (Holidays excluded) from 9am to 1pm EST. All messages left after hours or over the weekend will be returned the next business day.

Jewelry Care

The most IMPORTANT thing is to put your jewelry on last when you are getting ready. After hairspray, after lotion, and after perfume…even brushing your teeth.

When you wash your hands, take your ring off. If you are the type (like me) that likes to spritz perfume on throughout the day, then simply spray your perfume into the air and walk through it. (This is actually the way we should all put perfume on but life happens.)

The simple answer is VERY CAREFULLY. Vintage costume jewelry is the hardest to clean and takes much longer than fine jewelry. Luckily when you receive your jewelry from us we have already professionally cleaned it so now it is just a matter of upkeep.

This is a subject with much debate as the real definition of Vintage is “the year or place in which wine, especially wine of high quality, was produced.” We will refer to vintage as something that is at least 20 years old.

It is best to store your jewelry in a drawer, a jewelry box, or the box you receive from us in your order. Vintage jewelry is best kept in a dust free space and out of any danger from water or dampness (I hate that word). Basically use your common sense…care for your jewelry as you would care for your smartphone.

This is something we do not have to put up right now but it is something that would be worth offering. We want women to know that we will give them an honest opinion, moreover I think it would be extremely beneficial to both sides if a customer is having trouble choosing which piece(s) to buy and we can lead them in the right direction…since the overall goal is to for them to be happy and lessen the chance of returns on our “bottom line” end.

You need to know that I am that friend that has zero qualms letting you know that whatever you have on doesn’t do a thing for you rather than giving you an answer that you to hear.

A. Best suit your needs, special occasion, major life event, or just to wear to work.
B. Look best on you and highlight all of your positive features as every woman on planet earth has at the very least one.
