This marvelous bracelet is by Stanley Hagler Ian St Gielar. There are 8 strands of round aqua glass beads, smaller seed beads and light aqua molded glass flowers. For added sparkle, there are brilliant rose montees and clear rhinestone rondells on the clasp and throughout the bracelet. The bracelet is quite substantial and all components are hand wired. No cracked, chipped or broken beads, no visible wear to the plating. Via Aged and Opulent Jewelry
A fantastic close-up view of the clasp where you can see the intricate work involved that goes into creating such a masterpiece of a clasp. Layer by layer, tiny turquoise seed beads are strung onto wire, then wrapped around small leaf and flower stampings which are then wired onto bigger stampings and finally wired onto the foundation which is usually a huge gold filigree. All done by hand, a true art form!!!
