This fabulous emerald green bracelet with its sparkling Swarovski rhinestones which have been placed into prong settings one by one was made the old fashioned way by hand. The enameling on this Haute Couture bracelet is a laborious technique consisting of painting on dyed liquid glass and then firing the piece until it hardens. From the 1950’s it is an example of classic costume jewelry at its finest. Elizabeth Taylor wore Ciner as did the Dutchess of Windsor.
